The Madison Planning & Zoning Commission approved a lot‑line revision for three contiguous parcels in Eagle Meadows (application 26-31), allowing the central lot to be split and its area added to the two adjoining lots. Michael A. Kersey, attorney for the Hollywell estate, presented the application and noted the middle lot had an earlier residence that is no longer present.
Commissioner John Morgan read the draft resolution approving the lot‑line revision with one explicit condition: the existing detached shed on the center lot must maintain minimum side‑yard setbacks relative to the new property line. The resolution sets the effective date of approval as August 2026 upon filing and mylar recording. The commission voted unanimously.
