Parents urge Norco to pause closure of Sprout and Bloom Playschool

She asked the council to pause the closure and work with parents and the community to explore alternatives.
The mayor thanked the speaker and noted the city had the speaker cards; staff also indicated the council would retain written communications received by email. Council did not take action during the public‑comment period; Birch requested the item be agendized for fuller review with documentation on enrollment and finances.
