Hampton council proclaims Girl Scout Week and recognizes troop leaders

The proclamation was presented to troop leadership, and the mayor invited the group to join council members for a group photograph and a ceremonial presentation of commemorative coins.
The recognition took place before the Spotlight on Citizens presentation of local youth sports groups and did not include any council votes or policy actions; it was ceremonial.
