At its April 8 meeting the Williamstown Planning Commission voted to support developer Larry Hebert’s building projects. Commissioner David Traczyk moved to back the projects and Commissioner Susan Lyons seconded; "All approved – Motion passed," the minutes record.
Chair Rich Turner and the commissioners agreed to draft a letter of support that would note Hebert presented to the commission and that the projects are consistent with the Town Plan and local housing goals. The motion was recorded as passed unanimously by the members present; commissioners requested staff to prepare the letter and to coordinate wording with Hebert.
