Council motions to begin and adjourn work session; all present vote aye
Summary

The work session was called to order at 5:04 p.m. when Mayor Pro Tem Mike Howard asked for a motion to begin. Council Member Susan Stewart moved to begin the session; Council Member Jeremy Howe seconded. The minutes record that Council Members Stewart, Howard and Howe "all voted aye."
At 5:54 p.m. Mayor Pro Tem Howard called for a motion to adjourn. Council Member Jeremy Howe moved to adjourn and Council Member Susan Stewart seconded; the minutes again record that all present voted aye. The minutes list Mayor Porter, Council Member Jeanette Smyth and Council Member Doug Stephens as excused for the session.
