Supervisor Ryan Nelson moved to approve the proposed amounts; Vice Chairman Brandon Geyen seconded the motion, which carried 5-0.
Board members instructed maintenance staff to move forward with contacting the engineer to scope work and schedule design and bidding. The approval is for engineering funding and does not by itself authorize construction spending; the board said follow-up actions will be scheduled as project details are developed.
