The planning commission removed item 7a — the North Valley Indian Health design review and conditional use permit — from tonight's agenda after staff reported a problem with mailing the required 300-foot notices.
"We wanna pull this item due to an issue with public public noticing of the 300 foot letters, and we plan on bringing this back to the meeting in September once that's corrected," said Joe Betancourt, a city staff member. Staff told commissioners the notice defect needed correction before the commission could act and that the item will be re-agendized once the notices are fixed.
