Staff says county hired consultant to reorganize Unified Land Development Code

Staff said the reorganization work is expected to proceed through the coming months with a target adoption in April and draft amendments to be brought before the commission in January or February. "We've also hired a consultant, for reorganizing the Unified Land Development Code," staff said.
Commissioners acknowledged the announcement and the meeting concluded with a motion to adjourn.
