"This would be the 2nd 0.5 of that work, which spans along the east side of South Memorial Avenue from Admirals Street... and the cost of that is about a $180,000," he said.
David noted some of that work has been accomplished as part of ongoing sidewalk improvements and that upsizing the system would increase the level of service from a 1‑year to a 2‑year storm in places and up to a 10‑year pipe on outermost pipes. Staff recommended sequencing these projects with other CIP items to maximize opportunities for combined construction.
