Planning division staff confirmed a low residential land‑use count of roughly one dwelling equivalent for a separate parcel question raised during consent items. Commissioner (S10) moved to recommend approval and Commissioner (S1) seconded; the commission carried the motion by voice vote.
The commission’s recommendation advances the application to the Board of County Commissioners for final action. No substantive objections were raised at the hearing; commissioners noted disclosures were entered and none required recusal.
