David, the presenter, outlined the stormwater master plan and said it will be returned to the board as a final report in November after staff refines priorities and pairs projects with the town’s CIP. "The overall stormwater master plan, that framework has included, many different items to include an asset inventory and assessment, which has been completed," he said.
The plan scored 22 project areas on a 0–75 matrix that considered flooding frequency and impact, system condition, water-quality benefits, maintenance needs, number of residents affected and safety. David said most projects scored between 45 and 55 points, with the highest score at 64. He asked the board for feedback and said staff will present a refined list at the fall retreat and the final report in November.
