Rolla council approves $1,022,231.55 in transfers, adopts 2025 budget amendments

The minutes list specific transfers including $209,000 from contingency to the Community Center fund and a $333,000 transfer to the Street Fund; the aggregate listed transfers total $1,022,231.55. The transfers were approved on a motion by Alex Albert, seconded by Damond Schemmel.
Council also approved 2025 budget amendments across multiple funds, including an adjusted General Fund expenditure total of $819,000 and Highway Distribution set at $608,500. The amendments were presented as part of the Administrative Committee report and passed unanimously when moved and seconded by committee members.
