Applicants offer screening, revised drawings; board asks for neighborhood visuals

Board members said they would find an aerial with property lines (via GIS) and photos of nearby houses helpful to assess neighborhood character and precedent. The board also asked the applicants to show what the existing condition looks like versus the proposed change and to provide sizes for proposed screening plantings.
