Council approves administrative correction to duplicate 2026 ordinance numbers

Council member Rodney Mund moved to adopt the ordinance number changes; Council member Rex Christensen seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. The action designates the garbage-can ordinance as 2026-01A and the subdivision escrow ordinance as 2026-03A; the boundary line adjustment remains 2026-01 and the UTA interlocal agreement remains 2026-03. No budgetary or substantive policy change was tied to the renumbering; it is an administrative correction.
