"My name is Ahmad Nemati. We are releasing this project and it's been approved," said Ahmad Nemati during the committee's brief presentation, recommending approval. The item was moved and seconded by commissioners and taken to a vote; the clerk recorded aye votes from Commissioners Sugarman, Mills, Bradford, Morrison and Brooks, yielding a favorable recommendation.
The action returns the project to local control by releasing the seller's performance bond and signals the county's acceptance of on-site improvements. No opposition or conditions were recorded in committee; the item will proceed with a favorable recommendation to the commission for final action.
