The Pleasant Prairie Village Board voted to approve a resolution to change the official address of a parcel owned by Conservation Education LLC to "11151 Hundred And 16th Avenue." Planning staff told the board the property’s address was left as 110th Street after a 2018 street vacation and that updating the address will improve accuracy for emergency services and other uses.
"Staff would recommend that the address be changed to 11151 Hundred And 16th Avenue, here tonight," the planning presenter said. No members of the public had signed up to speak at the public hearing. After a motion and second, the board approved the resolution by voice vote and the president declared "Motion carries. New address is in place."
