Supervisor Beyer asked that two items be removed from the consent agenda for separate handling — R2026-05-01 (a bid to replace an air-conditioning unit at Building A Annex) and the Crooked Lake Area Lakes Protection & Rehabilitation District county representative appointment — before the board approved the remaining items. Motion by Scanlan and Winkler to approve the consent agenda as amended carried by a unanimous electronic vote.
