Alan Jaques moved to approve the donation and Wendy Bong seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
The committee instructed the County Clerk to work with the Treasurer to ensure taxes and specials on the parcels are paid before formal transfer. The action will be completed by forwarding the committee's resolution to the full County Board for final acceptance at a future meeting.
