An architect representing the developer presented the revised conceptual layout for the Sagewood Condominiums and described the design and market approach. He said the plan integrates two existing four‑unit buildings with 14 new four‑unit buildings configured as townhouse‑style units with attached two‑car garages, covered porches and second‑floor balconies.
The architect said units would be approximately 2,200 square feet with three bedrooms on the second floor and that some units would have basements or walkout lower levels where grade allows. On pricing he stated they were "basically 450,000 as a starting point for these units" and that optional features such as full basements or walkout finishes would increase the price. He described the amenities — a small clubhouse (about 1,200 square feet), pool and shared gathering areas — as features that provide a "resort‑style" setting but emphasized the project does not propose a hospitality use and that all units are intended to be owner‑occupied.
On construction sequencing the architect said the team plans to build phase 1 on the Horseshoe and Sagewood Circle and to build one building at a time, using early sales to finance subsequent buildings and projecting the development could sell out within about three years if market demand holds.
