She also questioned whether the traffic studies in the record accounted for current delivery and ride‑share patterns.
Jerry Fry, who identified himself as president of the Sagewood Condominiums homeowners association, told the commission the association "has been in a state of flux" since the prior owner did not finish the project and said the association has worked with the developer and was generally supportive that the project would be completed.
Staff and the developer responded that this was a conceptual hearing intended to solicit input and that subsequent public hearings would follow.
