Board hears facilities update; superintendent urges prioritizing HVAC, stage rigging and lighting

Superintendent Ryan Pacatte and Ryan Dempsey of Campus Construction reviewed work to date and recommended prioritizing HVAC improvements in the multipurpose room and stage rigging and lighting. The minutes note the high school canopy is expected to be complete around May or June and that playground work is on hold until weather permits. The Board discussed bid alternates and asked the OACM group to consider putting prioritized items out to bid.
No formal funding decisions were made at the Feb. 10 meeting; trustees were briefed on progress and asked staff to return with next steps for bidding and budgeting.
