Neighbors urge planning board to reject Ancram Solar application as incomplete; applicant says materials provided

Applicant project manager Sierra Hopkins said the team provided additional materials in March, switched from pole-mounted equipment to pad-mounted equipment and submitted leaf-off photos and landscape plans for review. "We would love to get to the point of making a decision," Hopkins said, asking the board and consultants to coordinate review and provide comments at least two weeks before the June meeting.
Neighbors’ counsel Grama Mallett said the submission remains incomplete and urged the board to reject it under local code because photo simulations, an agricultural-data statement and utility-service documentation (service order number) are missing or inadequate. "This application is incomplete and by this local code and should be rejected at the June 4 meeting," Mallett said. The board asked counsel to review the supplemental materials and agreed to continue the public hearing to the June meeting so consultants can complete their formal written reviews.
