Ryan Locks of Crawford & Associates presented revisions to the Sky High Farms subdivision, reporting that lots have been adjusted to one acre or larger, soil borings show cobble/sandy gravel suitable for septic fields in selected areas, and a potential well location was indicated for future private wells if the shared well is discontinued.
Board members asked for a written well agreement and said the town attorney must review any shared-well contract as part of the subdivision’s conditions. The applicant said they were working with Freeman Howard on a legal agreement and would provide the document to the board for attorney review prior to scheduling a public hearing. The board agreed the application was improved but asked that final legal documentation and outstanding consultant comments be submitted before a public hearing date is set.
