The board reviewed two related abbreviated site-plan applications (two lots often called dot-3 and dot-4) that showed inconsistent map labels and lacked necessary scale and contour information for driveway grades and septic design. Members said they could not perform a meaningful review without revised, full-scale drawings and a proper set of contours and asked the applicant to provide corrected site plans.
Board members moved to set up an engineering-review escrow and to have the town’s engineer review the revised drawings. "We need revised drawings, and then if we decide to set up an escrow," Chair Carco said, "we can send it to the engineer." The motion to proceed with engineering review and escrow passed, and staff was instructed to notify the applicant of the materials required for the review.
