"So every 5 years, the applicant will have to come back and file a special permit renewal," the applicant counsel said; he added annual condition reports will be filed with the building department. Board members discussed whether painting antenna panels or partial-color techniques might reduce conspicuousness and asked staff to include the chosen swatch on the final filed site plan.
