Chairman Carco opened new business by describing an application from Richard and Hayden Gear to adjust an internal lot line that would transfer roughly 0.75 acres to Parcel B while creating no new lot. The board confirmed the parcel fronts on Routes 3 and 8, verified the resulting Parcel B would be conforming, and noted no public hearing or SEQR positive declaration was required for this lot-line adjustment.
After a brief review of acreages, a member moved to declare the application complete and the board then voted to approve the lot-line adjustment. "You're approved," Chairman Carco said after the vote; the board asked the applicants to submit five or six signed, sealed copies of the survey for the chair to sign and for recording with the county clerk to make the change official.
