Desira Warrington moved to approve the June meeting minutes; Candace Dalton seconded and the chair recorded the vote as "all in favor." Later in new business, Mary Anna Davis moved to change the August meeting date from August 13 to August 6; Candace Dalton seconded and the motion carried. Charlene Wolfe then moved to change the regular meeting time from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.; Desira Warrington seconded and that motion also passed with all members present voting in favor.
Members present at the start of the meeting were Charlene Wolfe, Mary Anna Davis, Desira Warrington, Candace Dalton and Betsy Abraham, who presided as chair. The meeting was called to order at 8:30 a.m. and adjourned after routine business.
