Kathy said there are three paving groups: South Kenosha and Springbrook Road (a little over $2.1 million), Springbrook Meadows mill and resurface ($405,000), and resurfacing on 69th Avenue/75th Place/76th Street (~$211,000). She also said the village has about $1.6 million in impact fees as of mid-October and recommended using impact fees for half the cost of the pickleball courts and to fund the design of a public works (Roger Prang) vehicle storage building so fees do not expire unused.
Trustees were told some road projects will be funded with bond proceeds after applying available levy and grant funds; staff emphasized impact-fee timing requirements (spending within seven to eight years).
