At 9:30 p.m. on Nov. 20 the Skokie School District 68 Board moved into closed session to discuss the setting of a price for sale or lease of property owned by the public body under the exemption in 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(6). Emily Lonigro made the motion, seconded by Jill Scheer.
The Board reconvened in open session at 10:25 p.m. on a motion by Jeffrey Sterbenc, seconded by Shira Roth, and then adjourned at 10:26 p.m. The official minutes note the purpose of the closed session but do not record any public vote or final action regarding the property pricing in open session.
