The Comprehensive Plan committee presented its revised draft and the board reviewed edits from the November public hearing. Councilperson David Patzwahl requested removing the word "all" from a recommendation about major subdivisions (p.31), suggested modifying language on the Stretch Energy Code (p.41) to avoid mandating heating choices, and proposed striking "mobile homes" in a section to avoid confusion with prefab or modular housing (p.46). The board agreed to the three edits and will publish another draft before the Town Board public hearing on Dec. 15.
Supervisor Adams said both the redline and a clean copy have been posted on the town website so residents can see changes; she called for any final comments and summarized the agreed revisions that will be incorporated into the next draft.
