During the consent agenda the Board approved multiple items: acceptance of the Single Audit for the 2024–2025 school year (conducted by Bonadio & Co., LLP), approval of a Special Patrol Officer agreement with Oneida County through the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office, and authorization to dispose of obsolete computer equipment. The Board also approved Committee on Special Education (CSE/CPSE) recommendations and accepted the certification of the Dec. 9 capital project vote.
The Single Audit approval included direction for the District Clerk to notify appropriate state and federal agencies and to publish the required legal notice. The SPO contract authorizes the district to proceed with the county agreement for Special Patrol Officer services; the consent agenda was adopted with the exception of the Bond Resolution, which was considered separately and required a roll-call vote.
