Trustees renew office license with Plainfield Shore Area Chamber of Commerce; one abstention

Trustee Selfridge moved to extend the license and Trustee Chapman seconded. Trustee Babiak announced an abstention "due to my relationship with the chamber." With a majority present and the abstention recorded, the board approved the extension. Staff said the chamber sometimes stores items used for village festivals and has been a long-standing partner.
The motion carried and staff will finalize the three-year agreement and related administrative paperwork.
