Trustee Brockman told the board that the next Planning & Zoning meeting on Feb. 4 will include two agenda items of note: a conditional‑use permit application for outdoor storage at 1001 Geneva and the final site plan for the County Line solar project. "Right now ... 1,001 Geneva conditional use permit for outdoor storage, and county line solar project final site plan," Brockman said, noting the commission will consider those items at the February meeting.
No hearings, votes or decisions on those items occurred during tonight's meeting; trustees were notified so they can attend the Planning & Zoning meeting for any discussion or public testimony there.
