Village renews Illinois Select facilities agreement through 2029

The board approved a facilities-use agreement allowing Illinois Select continued use of the fields at Four Seasons Park under a contract that runs April through November 2029.
"We've been working with Illinois Select since 2021," said Katie Fitzpatrick, who presented the contract and described it as a housekeeping renewal. Trustees asked whether the arrangement created maintenance issues; staff replied there have been no problems.
Trustee Selfridge moved to approve the agreement; Trustee Luciano seconded and the motion passed on a roll-call vote. The contract renewal formalizes recurring field access for games and practices and continues a multi-year relationship between the village and the sports organization.
