Board adopts amendment to Title 3 (liquor control) after second reading

Staff presented the ordinance that was taken as a second reading this evening and said the text is the same as presented previously with minor adjustments to classification citations for wine and beer. "This ordinance was the same as presented last week. We did add the citation to, wine and beer," staff said.
Trustee Selfridge moved approval and Trustee Babiak seconded; roll call was affirmative and the ordinance was adopted. The board noted a typographical issue on published agendas but proceeded with the second reading and adoption.
