A trustee moved to approve the consent agenda and the mayor called the roll; the motion passed unanimously. The board offered no substantive questions on the items during the consent vote and moved on to the evening’s business. "Are there any items a board member has a question or any further information? If none, take a motion to approve," the mayor said before the motion was made.
