City staff asked the council to continue the public hearing on the Meadows On Monroe RHID and development plan to the next council meeting so staff and the developer could continue working on outstanding issues.
"This item staff still working on with the developers," said Matt Williams, director of community development, and asked the council to continue the hearing. A council member moved to continue the hearing and the council voted in favor.
Council discussion noted that some undeveloped lots referenced earlier in public comment are owned by a partner of the Meadows on Monroe developer and urged staff to consider related property-maintenance issues as part of project review.
