Board accepts final plat for Range USA subdivision; northern lot cleared for future development

The board accepted a final plat for the Range USA subdivision on a resolution adopted March 10. Economic Development Director Natalie Engel told the board the proposal creates two lots: "The southern lot would be the lot 1 Range USA, which is their building and their pond. And then the northern lot would be available for development."
Engel said stormwater management was contemplated during the original development and staff, the village engineer and Planning & Zoning reviewed the final plat and recommended approval. Trustees voted in favor by roll call.
