Engle noted the applicant must complete a stormwater study and any necessary repairs before receiving a business license.
Inga Owonek, identified at the meeting as the business owner/applicant, said the firm will not maintain a Naperville base and expects to operate a small local presence. Trustee Brockman noted numerous conditions but recorded a 'no' vote; the motion to waive a second reading and approve the conditional use passed on roll call after debate. The conditions include indoor‑only repairs, limits on overnight reefers and idling, a required privacy fence by year end and pavement resurfacing.
