Because detailed engineering drawings and visual plans were not included, Councilmember Jeff Grenell moved to defer the item until the applicant provides engineering drawings, elevation renderings and a visual representation of the cabinet; Councilmember Arnold Aliff seconded and the motion passed 4‑0.
