Norwalk High senior Emmanuel Salazar Lira honored, leads Pledge of Allegiance

Emmanuel led the Pledge of Allegiance and thanked the board: "Thank you for having me here today," he said after the Pledge. The president and board members congratulated Emmanuel and invited him to the front for a brief recognition and yearbook exchange.
