Cathy Ainsworth reported that the two 26-week CDs were scheduled to mature at 3.5%, down from 3.75%. She said she requested a higher rate but the 3.5% offer was firm; the Selectboard agreed to renew the CDs at 3.5% for the same terms, noting the next renewal dates will be Nov. 25.
On routine business, Ron Bocash moved to approve the minutes of May 11, 2026 and David Persons seconded; the motion passed with the board voting "All in favor." Later, Damian Branon moved to accept the warrants, Ron Bocash seconded and the board likewise voted "All in favor." These actions were recorded in the minutes with no additional conditions.
