The superintendent said the total project cost will be about $488,000 and the district's share will be about $131,000 when PSCOC issues the corrected award: "In total, this the cost of this new project is gonna be, for the coating. The total cost overall is gonna be, $488,000, but only our part will only be a $131,000 when that comes back in." Staff also said they will hire a roof observer and that PSFA will issue the purchase order for the work, which may include additional soft costs.
The board voted unanimously to accept the award letter and technical correction and to proceed with procurement and oversight steps as staff return corrected award documentation.
