Following staff remarks, Commissioner McWilliams moved to close the public hearing and approve the rezoning; the motion was seconded and passed 7-0. No members of the public spoke on the item. The rezoning approval permits development under the I-2 heavy-industrial standards; subsequent permitting and any site-specific conditions will be addressed through staff review and applicable regulations.
