Planner Stephanie Woolstenhulme told commissioners she is preparing additional regulation to clarify allowed uses in the land‑use matrix (City Code 13‑4‑19) and asked members to review the updated chart and propose any additions or revisions. Staff indicated the matter will be brought forward for further consideration but not as a public hearing in August.
"Please review updated chart and let her know if there are other additions, concerns or changes," the planner said, asking the commissioners to send feedback. The commission did not take formal action on the item at the June 3 meeting.
