Present as recorded in the minutes were: Mayor Terry Matthews; Trustee Rose Ann Diederich; Village Attorney Erin Blake; Mark Martin, director of public works; Catherine Linan, village clerk; Police Chief Clint Wagner; Trustee John Ross; Building Director Nick Goncher; Trustee Tracy Bosco; Fire Chief Chad Vlietstra; Trustee Sally Marrufo; Jessie Kozinski (DC Police); Trustee Eric Stanton; and Trustee Daryl Crudup. Village Administrator Gomez and Finance Director Azbill were noted as absent. The minutes record no public comments.
With no further business, Trustee Eric Stanton moved to adjourn; Trustee Daryl Crudup seconded. The motion carried on a voice vote with "all ayes, no nays," and the meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m. The minutes were signed and dated by Catherine Linan on April 21, 2026.
