Staff presented a plat amendment for Maple Ridge Ranch Lot 22 that mainly shifts the limits of disturbance so that already-built infrastructure is included and so a planned addition is encompassed within the primary building envelope. Staff said the HOA has already approved related limits of disturbance but that the commission’s action should be contingent on HOA sign-off for the revised layout.
Commissioners asked that the city add a plat note prohibiting development on slopes greater than 30 percent and discussed sight‑distance review by the HOA. The motion to approve the amendment contingent on HOA acceptance passed by roll call.
