Board President Sara Azat responded that how the StudentOne card is established (opt-in vs. opt-out) is set by the Sonoma County Library and not by the district; the Board's decision concerned whether the program would be offered to Mark West students. On a motion by Trustee Brian Burke and a second from Trustee Tracy Lavin Kendall, the Board approved the MOU (Aye=4, Nay=1).
