Each motion was seconded and carried by voice vote.
Following an approved agenda amendment, the council also approved hiring Kendra Hatley and Sheila Hatley into a set of part‑time roles (bartender, cook, server and dishwasher) at the hourly rates listed on the agenda; each motion was seconded and carried. The council welcomed the new employees and instructed staff to record hires in personnel files.
