Juror Glenn Benton moved to award the bid and Pam Glorioso seconded; the motion carried with all 12 jurors voting yes.
The award authorizes personnel to execute related documents and will guide asphalt purchases by the Parish Highway Department for the remainder of the year. The bid opening for the advertisement took place June 18, 2026, and the bid amount was recorded in the meeting minutes.
